Jack: Dad… these ruins look like the Brood made them.
After the father and son duo made their way through what looked to be the ruins of an ancient Brood base they had reached the temple in the middle of the base. V used his metal hand to gently glide down one of the walls within the temple. Old dried up scales fell as his hand glided against them and crumbled as it hit the floor, echoing through the dark hallowed halls.
V: This is definitely Brood architecture yet it is more tame… it looks like they actually used solid materials to create this base.
Jack: How old do you think this place is?
V: Can’t say. It is ancient to say the very least but that’s my best guess. Let’s keep looking.

After pushing through the ancient ruins of the head capital city of Victoria, the group of five finally made it to a large military citadel. From time to time the Brood attacked them along the way but they were dealt with quickly. As the group traveled into the ruins of the building they came to the main hall, the floor had collapsed years ago and revealed a huge underground cavern. The cavern was a mixture of the dirt that made up the planet but also screens and wires. The gold spirit of Krystal appeared from the sword, she walked forward in front of the group as they traveled down the tunnel deeper into the planets crust.
Krystal: We stumbled into part of the old tunnel system located throughout Victoria. We used these to move equipment and people quickly. Seems the Trans aren’t working anymore…
