Story of a Reaper: Chapter 9

After a few more hours of traveling Maria & Remy made it to a road that goes along the Angel Falls River. All they had to do was travel across it to get to the Hyjuki Pathway but they couldn’t do that from this part of the river. They had to travel up towards the waterfall and cross a bridge made of stones to the other side. It would get them closer to the entrance anyways. Maria was on her guard as usual but Remy felt at peace with this area which got some suspicion from Maria.

Maria: Why are you so calm?

Story of a Reaper: Chapter 8

Maria and Remy continued their journey as soon as the sun rose above the mountains of their destination, Hyjuki Summit. Their journey would be coming to a close soon as all they had to do was exit this forest and cross the river to the entrance to the mountain. It was Remy who finally broke the silence as he had a question.

Remy: Hey Maria…after we get to Hyjuki, what then?

Maria: After I get the power my mother is talking about then I am going back to the Underworld to kill Ribcage and that stupid wolf bitch Redstreak…

Remy: And what about me?

Maria sighed, she knew this question would come up.
